THANKSGIVING WISHES TO ALL!!!!

All is well here, including my back. A combination of Flexeril and Vicadin work wonders! Training is going great. Sorry about the updates for my site, but my webmaster is still on vacation. My site will be updated as soon as he returns.

I have family visiting through the Thanksgiving holiday! It's been wonderful. I'm enjoying every minute I can with them. It's going to be an extremely sad day when they leave. Not looking forward to it. :(
